The Cork Health & Local Government Branch of Fórsa is currently the largest branch within the Union, representing over 3,500 public sector workers in Health and Local Government as well as staff working in the Port of Cork. We have developed this website as a one stop information hub for local members to find out what events are happening in the Cork area. You should also be able to find details of your local rep. For those who are interested in joining our branch, you will find details here about the benefits of membership as well as the relevant application forms. Any member who has changed job/house/email address can update their contact details on the site as well.
A team of 30 volunteers keep the Cork Healt and Local Government Branch running from day to day.
They are elected every year at the Annual General Meeting which takes place in February.
